Loyal fans of the pop star are calling for that a individual who leaped a barrier and touched the performer during Thursday's Wicked: For Good launch be arrested or expelled from Singapore.

A viral video reveals the Australian man shoving aside photographers and lunging at Grande while the cast walked down a yellow carpet accompanied by fans.

Co-star Cynthia Erivo immediately wrested the surprised actress away from Mr Wen, who was spotted being removed of the gathering by guards.

Mr Wen shared on Instagram recently that he was "released after being detained", though legal records revealed that he was scheduled to attend court on Friday morning. It is not clear if he was formally accused.

Pattern of Event Invasions

This is part of a pattern for Mr Wen, who calls himself a "Troll Most Hated", has crashed a celebrity gathering. Many followers criticized Mr Wen for "causing further distress" Grande, who had discussed suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder after a suicide bomb attack at the finale of her spring 2017 show in Manchester, killing 22 people and injuring numerous individuals.

"The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" said another message on Instagram.

Some supporters also faulted event staff at the premiere for not being vigilant enough; while different individuals requested online networks to remove Mr Wen's videos.
